I-Web-Manager packages

What we need from your for the following packages:

Basic package:

1. Suggested domain name
2. Logo if any (I-Web-Manager can arrange the design of your logo or other graphic designs if required)
3. Name and description of your entity (Home Owner's Association, Body Corporate, etc)
4. A digital copy (in word format) of all information to be loaded on the website. (for example, Constitution, house rules, AGM minutes, newsletters, emergency procedures, security aspects, etc)
5. List of units with relevant information, tenant names and contact details and email addresses, owner details, etc
6. Events for the next 6 months (Committee meetings, AGM , etc)
7. Other relevant information and pictures for the website about your development, building, complex.
8. Management contact details
9. Any weblinks to feature in your website
10. If there is an existing website to be linked to your I-Web-Manager site.

Premier package:

1. All of the above for the Basic Package, plus
2. A customized design of your website
3. The surveys and voting polls module will be included in this package
4. A listings module is provided for service providers like cleaning services, deliveries, etc. Services can be listed online.
5. A property section will be provided for the listing of units for sale or to rent.
6. A classified ads module will be provided for advertisements by relevant service providers who wish to advertise on your website.

Executive package:

1. All of the above for the Premier package, plus
2. A module will be provided to provide bookings of community resources like function room, conference rooms, etc.
